My name is Ryan, and I am a health coach for those who seek to make changes in order to lead healthier lives and/or take control of their own health. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and I am a master certified health coach with 3 years of coaching experience in behavioral change. This background helps me to harness my client’s desires to improve their lives with effective, tangible lifestyle changes. I love seeing people go through the process of achieving their goals and overcoming obstacles. Seeing the joy on my client’s faces when they not only achieve a healthier lifestyle, but also maintain it long-term, is why I do this work. I focus on the L.E.A.N. principle and help guide clients to reach their health goals. The areas that I can help with are weight loss, eating healthier, stress management, managing a health condition, and work-life balance.
My hobbies that I enjoy doing on a regular basis are lifting weights and going to different gyms to experience the gym “personality” that each gym has. Other interests that I dabble in are traveling, hiking, playing video games, and other strategy games. To relax, I enjoy reading books, particularly before going to sleep to help me wind down.
